I found Freedom School of Motoring on the internet when I was searching for a local driving instructor. I'd never been behind the wheel of a car before so was a tad nervous when Richard picked me up on a snowy (!) morning for my first lesson. The lessons are fun, detailed, and go at your own pace of learning and understanding of the manoeuvres, hazards and skills it takes to pass the test successfully. And Richard's patience, thoroughness and perseverance quickly pays off and gives you confidence from the word go! It's never a negative experience, when you have a bad lesson he quickly makes you think positively about what you have to improve upon. In the lessons there's no pressure, the confidence comes in leaps and bounds and even early on a Sunday morning it's easy to enjoy a lesson (whilst talking about the previous days football, normally amongst other things). I passed first time, thank you Richard.
