Richard was a great instructor. He was able to encourage me to be a more confident and proficient driver, and to pass first time. He is a very patient instructor, with a mix of reassurance and encouragement he knew when I needed pushing to work harder. I would really recommend him as a teacher he is really friendly and great at taking your mind of the worry of driving (while making sure you are still paying attention!)
